Well - I said I'd work on a Walgreens scenario for you, and I'm finally done!
There are so many options, but here's one that should give you no trouble. The first one scenario will earn you $11.74 (You can earn more if you keep rolling, but let's keep it simple). Then, if you need diapers, you can get a Twin-Pack of Pampers Cruisers for only 34¢ more (after RR). I've used Easter Tumblers as a nice 12¢ filler, but don't forget to hand the cashier the in-ad coupon for those, or it won't ring up at that sale price.Let me know if you have ANY questions!
Find all the coupons and details for these items and more in the Walgreens Highlights list HERE
#1) Buy 1 Dove Conditioner @ $4
Use $2/1 PRINT (Limit Reached) or $1.50/1 from 3/28 SS
Pay $2 ~ Get $4 Dove RR
#2) Buy Dentek Floss + Walgreens Multivitamin @ $5
Use $1/1 from 1/17 SS (if you have it) + $4 Dove RR

If you stop there, you've spent $2.14 and received $14 RR -
Essentially an $11.76 Moneymaker!
Diaper Addition

*This is not the greatest deal ever for diapers, but those RR expire so quickly, you might just want to use them fast on something you need.Buy Pampers Cruisers Twinpack + (3) Easter Tumblers @ $19.38
Use $2/1 from 3/14 RP + $10 Dulcolax RR + $4 Dove RR
Pay $3.38 ~ Get $3 Pampers RR
TOTAL OOP for all Transactions: $7.74 minus the $3 RR Left Over!
TOTAL VALUE of ITEMS: $49.74!!
You're going to walk out of the store with a twinpack of Pampers, two bottles of Dove shampoo, floss, multivitamins, saline spray, Dulcolax, and several Easter cups for the kids... for just $7.74.
Just to let you know, the Dove coupons say "depleted" when you go to their site now! What a great scenario though!!
ReplyDeleteThe dove deal isn't going on at Walgreens in the Metro Nashville area, just thought I'd let you know.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all you do!
Tammy - thanks for letting me know, I added that note. I guess that puts it about $1 more expensive in the end.
ReplyDeleteTanya - I've never heard that their ad is different than ours! How did you know it's not included? (Just curious, this info is new to me)
Can you use like the Dove $4. RR on anything in the store or does it have to be a dove product.
ReplyDeleteBarbara - DON'T use the Dove RR on a Dove product, or it will not allow another RR to print out from that product! Use it on anything NOT manufactured by Dove's company.
ReplyDeleteThat's why in the scenario above I show that you could use the $4 Dove RR you receive to pay for Dentek and a multivitamin. They will then print out a RR and move onto Transaction 3.
Thanks for the question!

Looking through the Chattanooga Redplum, there is a $1.50/1 coupon, but it is for "Daily Treatment Conditioner," not for shampoo (I didn't see any Dove coupons in either of the SmartSource inserts).
ReplyDeleteHi Jennifer -
ReplyDeleteThe newspaper inserts do say the conditioner only - I made up the scenario when the website coupons were still working - sorry. I'll change it to say conditioner, which is also included in the sale!

I went to Walgreens and bought one set just to see, since the shelf tag wasn't up. I didn't get the RR. The girl asked the manager and he said not on RR. Oh well, still a pretty decent buy.
