UPDATED - I went last night to the Target in Cleveland and the clearance was 30% OFF (7/31)

TARGET 75% OFF TOY CLEARANCE

The Buzz all around the internet today is that Target has marked most of their toys down 75%. I may run out tonight to see what I can find. I'll update .
