The Publix Penny item is available every Sunday and Monday at participating Publix grocery stores with a $10 or more purchase (before coupons).  The coupon for the penny item is typically located on the bottom left corner of the Publix Insert in the Sunday Newspaper.  If your store runs out of this item they will substitue for an alternative product.  Typically all penny items are Publix branded products.
