You will find these gift sets on an endcap in the men's shampoo/bodywash/deodorant area.  They should have a sign saying that if you buy 2, you will receive a $5 Target Gift Card.  If they don't, and you're unsure, just scan it and it should tell you if it will receive a gift card.
