This is a "Stock-Up" price for hot dogs, which means that you shouldn't just pick up one or two packs and think "Well that was a good deal" - Because a few weeks from now, when you have another cookout, you'll have to run out and buy hotdogs at whatever price they are.
Here's a tip: Hotdogs freeze great. If you can co-erce a friend or family member into printing off a few more coupons for you - take advantage of this price on a larger scale!
