  1. I got this link from a friend and WOW...that is awesome. My thing is...I need to be able to make meals from what I get...so how do you get a weeks worth of meals for a family of 5 on coupons. I know...get creative right..I just need it spelled out for me. LOL! Thanks!

  2. Amanda, I used to feel the same way. No matter what was on my grocery list, I always spent at least $150 a week. I didn't think one or two coupons that I might bring with me to the grocery store would make that much of a difference. However, after I understood the fundamental concepts of shopping sales with coupons, stockpiling and meal planning I started to save money. The more time I have spent doing it, the more ways I have found to save, now I rarely spend more than $30 or $40 per week for my family of four. Check out our list of upcoming workshops - you really can save unbelieveable amounts of money, and it is really fun. (I know that sounds crazy, but you will see!) Be blessed! Kasey
