Walgreens: $2/1 Pull-Ups Printable

I was browsing Walgreens' coupon section on their website (usually they are just showing the regular coupons.com printables) and I noticed 1 Walgreens store coupon.... for $2 off Huggies Pull-Ups!  Go HERE to print it out - I haven't done it yet, so I can't say if it's coded like a MFR coupon or what- but it does SAY store coupon, so it should be stackable!

Need to know some coupons to stack it with?

- $2 off ANY Huggies Diapers PRINT
- $1.50/1 Huggies PRINT or PRINT

Let the Holiday Coupon Scavenger Hunt BEGIN!!

The Holiday season is the BEST time to find great coupons at all sorts of places. Why? Manufacturers know that food is a big part of Holiday Traditions - and they'd like to become YOUR tradition. If you decide to use Libby's canned pumpkin for your Thanksgiving dessert, then you'll probably decide to use the same brand next year ("tradition!"), and the year after that, and your daughter will remember and carry on that tradition with her family!
Their motive is clear: if Libby's can lure you in with a high-value coupon this Holiday, they stand to get generations of repeat business. So how do you take advantage of their logic to get all the good ones out there?

1. Variety is the Spice of Life!
If you ALWAYS go to Bi-Lo, and you've got everything they have to offer, shake up your routine a bit.  Stop in a Dollar Store for toilet-paper or milk, swing by K-Mart for... some made-up reason.  No matter what store you find yourself running into, take the time to speed-walk down every aisle looking for tearpads and blinkies. I have even gone out of my way (to SuperSaver) just on a hunch that they might have good tearpads that haven't been stripped bare. They did!
2. Ask and You Shall Receive
Occasionally, coupons are kept behind counters.  For instance, sometimes the cosmetics counter at Walgreens has coupons that they haven't put out yet.  I can't guarantee you they will give you one, but it never hurts to ask!  Also, sometimes gas stations keep coupons behind the counter.  Give it an extra glance next time you're paying for something!

3.  You're Getting Warmer....
Don't just scan the shelves for coupons- get creative.  Think, "If I were a tearpad, where would I hide?"  A-HA!  That cardboard display! or  A-HA!  That Christmas-y Arrangement of Baking Supplies!

4. Share the Love!
I know, I know, all this may sound a little bit crazy... but how will you feel next time we match up a BOGO item to some obscure Holiday Savings Booklet... and YOU have it!  There's only one rule in this Scavenger Hunt, and that is the Golden Rule of Couponers:

Take a COUPLE, leave the rest!  There are so many of us, and so few tearpads.... please don't be a "Scrooge" this Holiday Season!

Black Friday One-Stop Planning Spot!

I've debated back and forth about trying to post updates on all the Black Friday ads that are getting released early, but with all the other things on my list, it kept getting pushed back.  Now, though, we don't have to search the internet for Black Friday ads - they've got them all in once convenient place!

BlackFriday.info has all the current releases on Black Friday ads: from Target to the drugstores- you can plan your Black Friday "Black Ops" with their list!  Of course, when it gets a little closer to time, we'll post a few highlights that have coupon match-ups, but for now, take a look and see what interests you!

$5 El Monterey Coupon!!!!

WHOA!  How often do you see a $5 coupon?
Well, if you want to see one in real life, go submit a recipe or idea on the El Monterey Facebook Page, and you'll be prompted to fill out a form so they can mail you this HIGH-VALUE coupon.
Now, listen, when you get it, DON'T run out and spend it right away!  Okay?  Promise??  Save it for a little while, until they have a BOGO sale or something, so that you can get double the product with it!
Deal?  Good!

Publix Penny Item: Hot Dogs (Wah-Wah)

Word on the street is that Publix Penny Item is.... Publix Brand Hot Dogs.

That "Wah-Wah" you see in the title is my disappointed sound effect.  If you could hear it live, you would feel my disappointment.  Not that there is anything wrong with a good hotdog, but I have so many hotdogs from previous sales- what am I going to do with those?  I mean, I can't even donate that, really.
But who knows?  At my Publix last week, we got Green Giant Vegetables instead of the Penny Item.  So hey, fingers crossed for substitutions!
