Need of Computer Repair?

We wanted to give you the contact information of our computer repairman.  My (Kasey) laptop crashed the first time several months ago and I had no idea who to call.  I called a couple of numbers in the phone book, and ended up taking my computer to Chuck - at Computer Aid.  When we dropped it off we realized that he and his wife had attended a recent workshop.  CRAZY!!  Since then he has helped us with other laptops crashing, getting dropped, etc...  His prices are extremely reasonable - not to mention he is a fellow Time 2 $aver.

We have had people ask us since then who repairs our computers so we thought we'd pass the info along.  It never hurts to have a good contact on hand BEFORE you need one.

Bruster's PJ Day = FREE ICE CREAM!

Earlier this month I posted about Bruster's Free Ice Cream Day, but because corporate headquarters was snowed in at the time, they moved their annual Pajama Day to March 20th - TOMORROW!

Just roll out of bed and wear your pajamas to your local Bruster's, and they'll reward your sense of adventure with a FREE single scoop waffle cone! PJ Day only comes once a year, so don't miss your chance to get in on the fun! (Call first to make sure they are participating)

I am a big fan of the White Turtle myself, but I really have never met an ice cream I didn't like!

-Thanks goes to my son, who has a very long memory when it comes to food.

K-Mart Coupon Troubles

Well, what seemed too good to last, was in fact too good to last.  The $10 off $20 Kmart Coupon that appeared yesterday to the great delight of the couponing masses, is being refused at MANY Kmart stores either at the cash register or with signs posted at the entrance.  An email from corporate has been sent out to the stores, advising them NOT to accept the coupon (even though it was posted on Kmart's website).
*Note: Some have reported that it will be honored starting next week?  Ha.  Don't hold your breath.

Sometimes printable coupons are intended for a certain small group of people, but end up available to the general public (How, we don't know) -  then the stores go into panic mode.  We & our sweet, sweet diaper deals get summarily shut down.

Part of me kind of wonders if they don't do this sort of thing on purpose, you know?  Drum up lots of excitement, send people rushing to the stores, and then refuse to accept your coupons.  I guarantee you about half the people who'd planned to use that coupon bought their items anyway, out of convenience, humiliation, or just plain defeat.

If anyone's K-mart IS still accepting this coupon - please leave a comment so we know!

Food Lion Free Cheese & Sour Cream!

Okay, I know I posted a few Dairy-O Scenario-O's yesterday for Food Lion, but here is the best scenario I can fathom, and results in free cheese, sour cream, and even a couple bananas! (My filler item of choice)

Buy:
(4) Bags of Kraft Cheese ($10) + 1 Breakstones ($1.79) + 81¢ of Filler =$12.60
Use:
(2) BOGO Kraft Blinkies (Subtracts $5.00) = $6.60
(1) $2/2 Kraft Blinkies = $5.60
(1) 60¢/1 Breakstones PRINT = $5
Get $5 Instant Savings at Checkout wyb 5 Select Kraft Products
(Makes it all FREE!)

COUPON LOGIC: When you buy 4 items and use (2) BOGO coupons, you are getting 2 for free.  The BOGO coupons attach to those free items.  Therefore you can still use a coupon on the "Buy One" items - which I did by using the $2/2 Kraft coupon above.  Just wanted to clear that up, in case that mystified anyone!

$2/1 Nivea Bodywash Coupon!

Go HERE to print a coupon for $2/1 Nivea Bodywash for Women (use your back arrow to print it twice). Now save them for a bit, because I have a gut feeling this is going to make for a good drugstore deal sometime in the near future!!
