This week's Walgreens Scenarios included FREE Benadryl, thanks to a Register Reward Deal and a great $5/2 Coupon. Well - turns out that this $5/2 coupon is coded in a way that PREVENTS the Benadryl RR from printing! Basically, the Walgreens Registers are reading this coupon as a Register Reward - I've never heard of such a thing! So for now - DON'T use it!- Thanks for the heads up Rose!
Not that it is a great deal but if you need Benadryl as bad as I did thanks to the pollen/my allergies, you may not mind. I found 24 count Benadryl for $4.99 with a coupon booklet peelie attached that had a $1.00 off to use at the register along with about 5 or 6 other $1 off coupons. I got 2 boxes for $9.98, used two $1 off coupons and got a $5 RR so it was like getting 2 boxes for $2.98. Not free but definitely not bad! Also, the other coupons are good until September, I think.
