Paula Deen's Sour Cream Biscuits
Ingredients
2 c self-rising flour .
8 oz butter, melted .
1 c sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix butter, flour & sour cream until JUST mixed.
Do Not Over mix.
Pour batter into muffin tins, 2/3 the way full to allow for biscuits to rise.
Bake for 20 mins. (can also use mini muffin pan)

These are so easy and delicious - they melt in your mouth. Morgan, my 5 year old daughter says they are so good she "plumb tears'em up!"
