Book Redemption Program begins May 1, 2009, 12:01 a.m. EST and ends either (a) when 3,000 books have been given away or (b) November 1, 2009, Midnight EST, whichever occurs earlier. One entry per person and household. No copies, facsimiles or reproductions of the online entry form will be accepted. Duplicate requests will constitute fraud. YOU MAY ONLY ENTER THIS BOOK REDEMPTION PROGRAM ONLINE. NO OTHER METHOD OF ENTRY WILL BE ACCEPTED. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. All decisions of Sponsor will be final.
