Kids under 3 do indeed eat free. One of my favorite places to go with my four and two year olds, with a coupon! We've all been able to eat for 4.99 for a while.
ReplyDeleteour ci-ci's won't allow coupons when they run a special, nor will they allow you to have that buffet price with water. you must purchase a drink. i guess this is a local thing?
