Sour cream doesn't always freeze so well, but if you are using your sour cream in a recipe - try plain yogurt. We all know how well it freezes and it's a "good for you" replacement in your favorite dishes that call for sour cream. :D BTW - there is a $1 Q for Chobani Greek Yogurt, and it's 10/$10 at Publix this week. It makes WONDERFUL sauces!
